Bullivant Media ballot result

NUJ members working at Bullivant Media Limited, a Midlands weekly newspaper and website company, have participated in a ballot for industrial action over pay, job cuts and working conditions.

The independent scrutineers' report of voting is as follows and as required in accordance with section 231B of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.

The ballot closed today at noon, Monday 13 July 2020, and the results are:

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot: 17
Number of votes cast in the ballot: 17

Question: Are you prepared to take part in industrial action consisting of strike action?
Result of Voting -
Yes: 17 (100 per cent)
No: 0

Question: Are you prepared to take part in industrial action short of a strike?
Result of Voting -
Yes: 17 (100 per cent)
No: 0

NUJ members have voted overwhelmingly in favour of industrial action and action short of a strike.
