TUC Congress expressed strong support to the NUJ's call for a 6% windfall tax on tech giants to reinvigorate the news sector.

On 19 September the NUJ will hold a major public conference on the future of Welsh journalism with a keynote opening address from Wales First Minister Rhun ap Iorwerth. 

The NUJ joined delegates from across the trade union movement to discuss how to counter the rise in far-right rhetoric and anti-LGBT+ activity at the TUC LGBT+ Conference.
