How you can help the George Viner Memorial Fund

We are very fortunate that NUJ members continue to support the work of the fund.

So we can continue to offer much-needed help to Black and minority ethnic students committed to a career in journalism, it is important that we build our fundraising network. That's where you can help!

Whether it is a personal donation, a sponsored activity or a fund-raising event – there are lots of ways you can help a great cause.

Don’t forget some companies have their own charitable trusts and encourage staff to nominate their favourite charities as beneficiaries – let your company know the great work the fund is doing to get more Black and minority ethnic journalists into the media industry.
