The Covid-19 pandemic has hit young workers hard. Existing workplace inequalities are being worsened, and job opportunities lost. We've seen through redundancies and the fall in employment, that young people are paying the price of the pandemic. But trade unions have had success in protecting jobs and have set out what can be done to keep people safe at work in the face of the pandemic.
