Model UK Anti-SLAPP law
The NUJ is supporting the model UK Anti-SLAPP law created by the UK Anti-SLAPP coalition.
The model law includes three important features for handling SLAPP cases:
- a higher merits threshold
- wide and robust criteria for identifying abuse
- an objective test for dismissal
