Has your work been published in a book, magazine or on TV? If so, you are probably eligible for Payback royalties, in addition to other copyright royalties you may have already received.
Payback covers secondary uses of your images, such as photocopying.
Since 1999, DACS (the Design and Artists Copyright Society) has paid out more than £60 million in payback royalties.
Artists who claimed in 2020, received a share of £5 million with individual payments of up to £520 for books and magazines and up to £3,000 when also claiming for TV.
