Stop the massacre in Gaza - demonstration London 26 July

Stop the War coalition have organised a second demonstration, to end the massacre in Gaza, on Saturday 26 July.
Assemble 12 noon at the Israeli Embassy and march to parliament.
The nearest tube station to the Embassy is High Street Kensington (Picadilly line).

Palestinian Journalists Syndicate condemns Israel's firing at Al Jazeera Gaza bureau
The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate (PJS) condemns the Israeli continuous attacks on journalists and media organizations.
Tamer Al- Mishal, Aljazeera reporter, said to PJS:
"Israeli war jet has fired heavy exploding shots on Aljazeera office locates in Al-Jala' Tower in Gaza city center, that also hosts "AP" and Doha Media Freedom Center
"Media workers were forced to evacuate the building and they consider this action is a direct threat of bombing their offices."
PJS is also condemns the attack on the cameraman "Sami Thabet" of " Palestine TV" who was injured in an Israeli raid on Al-Aqsa Hospital in Gaza center Tuesday 22 July 2014.
The Israeli occupation forces have also shot journalist "Ahmad Al Bodeiri" of "Palestine Today TV" and "Sarah Al-Athra" of "Palestine TV" using rubber coated bullets.
PJS who is worried of the increase of Israeli attacks on journalists, demands from international human rights organizations and the UN to pressure the Israeli government to stop attacking media workers and organizations and to adopt safe passages for journalists to move that facilitate their work.
At the same time, PJS is calling upon all journalist to take all needed safety measures while moving around taking in consideration that their safety is high priority.
On Tuesday 22 July: Trade unions call for immediate action to stop bombing of Gaza
The Trade Union Co-ordinating Group (UK) currently comprises nine trade unions, BFAWU, FBU, NAPO, NUJ, NUT, PCS, POA, RMT, and URTU and represents just under one million trade unionists throughout the UK.
TUCG member unions are urgently calling on the British government to denounce the relentless attacks on innocent Palestinians and to hold the Israeli government to account for the atrocities we have all witnessed in recent days.
TUCG member unions stand with the Palestinian people during this incredibly difficult time and we expect our government and others across the world to call upon the Israeli Government to stop their bombardment of Gaza.
