FEU Training is organising a social evening for young members and new entrants (30 and under) to the media and creative industries. The event will:
- Provide you with information about FEU Training skills development plans for our young members in 2015.
- Gain your feedback on what would most help you thrive in the creative industries
- Allow you to meet peers from the four participating creative unions.
Food and drinks will be provided in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Please let us know if you have specific dietary requirements.
If you would like to attend, please confirm by emailing Kate Willoughby at firstname.lastname@example.org by return email by Friday 22 May. We have room for 40 only so please reserve your place promptly to avoid disappointment.
Who’s an FEU Training member?
A partnership between Equity, the Musicians’ Union, the National Union of Journalists and the Writers’ Guild of Great Britain, FEU Training runs a classroom-based and online skills development and advice programme that supports the career progress of creative freelances.
Recently successful in a bid for additional funding from unionlearn (the TUC’s learning division), FEU Training is looking to build on its work to help our young members gain a foothold and remain buoyant in the highly competitive creative industries.
This event is for NUJ members only. Please consider joining the NUJ if you would like to attend this event.
