Stop Bullying
The Bullying Handbook is a resource for Reps and any members who have been affected by bullying.
The handbook can be downloaded as a pdf here and is available in hardcopy by emailing lenac@nuj.org.uk.
There is also a model Dignity at Work agreement. This is designed to be included in the workplace agreement and can be used to tackle or prevents a culture of bullying in the workplace. It can be downloaded here.
