Can I claim expenses before the conference?
Expenses will normally be paid after conference by cheque and any occupancy charges will be deducted. Members having trouble covering the immediate costs of travel should speak to their branches about covering expenses in the short term and then the branch will be reimbursed after conference. In a few special circumstances the NUJ will pay expenses before conference, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Are there crèche facilities?
There are and these are run by the Mobile Crèche Company. The crèche is suitable for all children from small babies to 14 / 15 years olds (there are play stations and trips etc. organised for older children). Please ensure you mark crèche on your booking form, you will then be sent a form from the Mobile Creche Company for more details.
What are the start / end times
These are not confirmed until the Final Agenda is printed but usually Start 2pm on Thursday with sector conference and finish 2pm on Sunday.

I have booked but I need to cancel / change delegate
Once registered delegates receive a password and can amend or cancel their bookings. New delegates need to register. The NUJ will not pay any expenses incurred for members who do not attend or cancel.
I’ve booked, when will I get more information?
Packs will be sent out to those registered from the beginning of October onwards.
How do I register?
Branches should send the names of those elected to email@example.com
. All delegates are then sent an email with a password for the online booking system. The online registration system can be accessed via the NUJ website
